Shipping & Handling & Insurance: 

 

All orders, whether for parts or machines are shipped F.O.B. Discount Sewer Cable in Houston, Texas. A Non-Contiguous Fee will be added for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Freight and transportation as well as freight and transportation insurance are the customer’s sole responsibility. Discount Sewer Cable will insure all shipments for the maximum invoice amount. Only credit cards will be accepted for orders unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Texas state sales tax will be charged to Texas residents and businesses when applicable. Claims of shortages and defects must be made to Discount Sewer Cable within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly to the shipping carrier and are not the responsibility of Discount Sewer Cable. 

 

Returns: 

 

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped pre-paid. Only new resale items will be considered for return. All returns must have prior authorization of Discount Sewer Cable. No returns after 30 days of purchase without approval. Please be certain all information is correct when placing an order. Due to the speed at which we process orders it may not be possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been entered. Made to order and special order products are nonreturnable.

Payment in full with a major credit card. The processing of your credit card is through a secure process and your credit card information will not be exposed. 

 

Orders outside the United States: 

 

We are happy to accept orders from outside the USA subject to these conditions: 1. Order must be paid in US dollars via one of the above credit cards, a check from a US bank, an international money order or direct wire transfer. 2. You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping. Please specify air (2 to 3 weeks) or ground (4 to 8 weeks). No tracking is available on international orders. 3. You may incur tax or duty charges in your country.
